3rd step is to book a caterer
- this may be redundant if you are doing it in a hotel /halls where flexibility with caterer is not possible. Otherwise all you need to do is to decide a menu - normally there are only two choice South Indian/North Indian. its good to have some icecream counters and chat stalls . kids will love it.we give lot of importance to food and quality of it...................there has been a trend set since my enagegemtn and we didnt want to break it for any reason :)...................Harsha wanted it to be South indian as he doesn't like buffet. I was ok with it .. It was authentic south indian food - with Two kosambari, two palya (beans & aloo fry), Anna - sambar , Anna - Saru, Pine apple gojju, chiili bonda , dahi wada , pheni & cashew burfee for sweet, curd rice and pickles ............... my mouth is watering :)v
